PAYMENT
You can pay up-front if you really want but you might have to pester me in case I forget. I honestly recommend paying me after I send you a sketch or some confirmation of working on it.
I accept payment through a square link or PayPal in either CAD or USD. You can pay using debit or credit on square. I also accept INTERAC e-transfer. I'll probably take other things but those are the ones I generally take and I don't want to make any more accounts.PROCESS

After payment has been discussed, a sketch will be sent. Payment MUST be done at this phase before the commission can progress or any revisions to the sketch are made. Any major changes to the drawing MUST be done at this stage.
You may request updates at later stages before completion, but this depends on the commission type as some commissions are completed in one sitting.USAGE
As the artist, I maintain the rights to post the piece on any of my social media, stream progress, and to use as a sample of my work.
However, you may request that I not post the piece beforehand or to withhold posting to a specified date.As the commissioner, you are permitted to use the artwork for personal use, on your social media profiles, on your Twitch/YouTube channels, etc.
Do NOT claim or imply that you created the art piece, and try to credit wherever it is reasonable.
If you would like commercial rights to a piece (e.g. for merchandise or any form of sale), this must be disclosed BEFORE the commissioning process has begun.REFUNDS
If no progress on the commission is made, you can cancel your slot.
At the sketch phase, a partial refund can be issued if it is requested before any revisions are made. Otherwise, there is no guaranteed refund, but a partial refund may be issued depending on how much work was completed (at my discretion).
